  1. It just could be the cold weather drying your skin out. The shoulders is an area that you don’t touch often. Try some lotion. Have you change any of your laundry products, like dryer sheets or soap? If so, then it could be a allergy. But, if your using the same stuff I doubt that’s what it is.

  2. It could be any of those, or you could just have dry skin. The easiest way to tell is by stop using each product seperatly. For example use a different body wash for a couple of weeks. If it stops then that was the problem if not then try changing something else.

  3. if you have gas heat in your home thats usually the cause of dry skin, try putting a can filled with water on your heating vents,it puts moisture back in the air,not very pretty but it works, put them where ever you have vents.

  4. drink lots of water, hydrate from within.

  5. When its cold out, your skin is just drying out. I get the same thing, take a hot shower, then apply some moisturizer (I recoment Aveno it has vitimin E and oatmeal so it will prevent more dry skin) hope it helps!

  6. Try to find out if it is related to what you ate or drink before.
